Designed to eliminate typical problems that come with using solid lumber as joists, I-joists are less likely to bow, crown, twist or split versus standard dimensional lumber. I-Joists can also help to eliminate the possibility of sag that you may get from standard stick frame flooring. I-joists offer better consistency in the density of the beams resulting in less shrinkage, less warping and less twisting.

Rim Board

Rim Board is an environmentally friendly product that is designed to support lateral and vertical loads of an engineered floor system.  Rim Board can be sold separately or as part of your floor package.
